CUTIE SUNDAY CHALLENGE NO. 39



My next card is for Cutie Sunday Challenge No. 39 - a Sketch. I have used all three stamps from The Greeting Farm "Miss Anya" Collection, and this gorgeous ladies have been coloured with Sukura Gel Pens. The images have all been cut with Deckled Rectangle nesties, and layered on black and pink card. The backing paper is a 12x12 paper from Bo Bunny called "Alissa Kissable", and to finish the card off, some little Black buttons from my craft stash.

COLOUR CREATE CHALLENGE NO. 13


Greetings everyone, hope you are all well, one day closer to a lovely long weekend, I hope! I have a few posts, and will start off with a card for Colour Create Challenge - Week 13 - Orange, Green and Brown, with an extra option of making a card for a Man. I have used a stamp from The Greeting Farm, called "Skater Boy", and he has been coloured with Sukura Gel Pens. The image has been cut with an Oval nesty, and layered on green, orange and brown card. The backing paper is from a Basic Grey paper pad called Archaic. The card has been finished off with a stamped sentiment, and a strip of green ribbon, and three buttons - all from my craft stash.

PENNY BLACK SATURDAY CHALLENGE - WEEK 46


And my next card is for Penny Black Saturday Challenge - Week 46 - "Anything Goes" - challenge yourself to something new ... then let your creativity run wild. I have chosen to make a card, nothing new, but I have always wanted to make a card using a "Shoe Lace" effect, so I thought I would take this opportunity to do just that. I have used a Penny Black stamp called "Butterfly Wishes", which I bought at Ally Pally in a Bargain Bin, and it has been coloured with Sukura Gel Pens. The image has been cut with Octagonal nesties, and layered on cream and pale green card. The backing paper is from a Basic Grey paper pad called "Perhaps". I then marked where I wanted my shoe-lace, and punched the holes, and finished them off with eyelets, and then threaded the ribbon through. I stamped a sentiment on scrap card, and cut it out with a Tag nesty, and also threaded cream ribbon through the tag. SKETCH SATURDAY CHALLENGE NO. 48




Hi everyone, hope you are all well! I have a few posts today, and my first card is for Sketch Saturday Challenge No. 48. I have used one of the new Sugar Nellie stamps, from the Gorjuss Girls 2 Collection, and she has been coloured with Sukura Gel Pens. The image has been cut with a round nesty, and layered on orange and maroon card. The backing papers are from a Basic Grey paper pad called "Perhaps". Two strips were cut from the backing papers, and then punched with a Martha Stewart "Doily" Punch. A sentiment was stamped on a scrap of card, and cut with a Tag nesty. The card has been finished off with a strip of ribbon for the tag, and some paper flowers and gem brads, from my craft stash.

FRIDAY SKETCHERS CHALLENGE NO. 49




Hello everyone, hope you are all well! I only have one very quick post today, and this card is for Friday Sketches Challenge No. 49 - a Sketch from Mumur in France. I have chosen another of my new stamps from Susana's Custom Art and Card Design, and this gorgeous fairie is called Luna Star, and she has been coloured with Sukura Gel Pens, and for some added texture, some glitter on her wings, and on the moon and stars. The image has been cut to size and layered on some lilac card. I punch four holes, and used four pink brads, then threaded some lilac ribbon through. I also used round nesties to make some circles for elements of the Sketch, and finished the card off with a stamped sentiment, and some paper flowers with gem brads, from my craft stash. CUTE CARD THURSDAY CHALLENGE NO. 57


My next card is for Cute Card Thursday Challenge No. 57 - "Getting Edgy" - either tear, sand, distress or sew the edges of your card. I have used one of the new Sugar Nellie Gorjuss Girls stamp, and she has been coloured with Sukura Gel pens. The image has been cut with an Octagonal nesty, and layered on brown and pink card. The backing papers are from a Basic Grey paper pad called Blush. The top layer of backing paper has been torn, and the flowers I have made also using different sized octagonal nesties, and then distressing their edges with a Heidi Swapp Distressing Tool. The card has been finished off with a stamped sentiment, gem brads in the centres of my flowers, and a bow in the Gorjuss Girl's hair, all of which are from my craft stash. LILI OF THE VALLEY CHALLENGE NO. 26




Hello everyone, hope you are all well, I have a few posts today, and shall start off with a card for Lili of the Valley Challenge No. 26 - A Sketch by Jo. I have used a Lili of the Valley stamp called Babies Hello (Girl), and she has been coloured with Sukura Gel Pens. The image has been cut, and layered on pale green and pink card. The backing paper is from a Basic Grey paper pad called Two Scoops. The card has then been finished off with a stamped sentiment with gem brads, and some paper flowers with pearl brads, all from my craft stash.

STAMP WITH STAMPAVIE CHALLENGE NO. 40




My next card for today is for Stamp with Stampavie Challenge No. 40 - a Sketch from Nancy. I have used a new stamp I bought from Susana's Custom Art and Card Design, and this stamp is called "Groovy Angel", and she has been coloured with Sukura Gel Pens, and a little glitter added to the background, and her wings. The image has been cut with a round nesty, and layered on maroon and pink glitter card. The floral backing paper is from a Basic Grey paper pad. The strip of maroon card down the side was punched with a Fiskars border punch, but where the holes were, I have placed pink gems. The card has been finished off with a strip of pink ribbon, a stamped sentiment from Whiff of Joy, and a few more pink gems in the top corner, all of which are from my craft stash. Hi everyone, looks like it is going to be a lovely sunny day! My first card for today is for Whiff of Joy Challenge No. 27 - a Sketch from Heather. I have used one of Whiff of Joy's new stamps called Rogue Charlotte, and she has been coloured with Sukura Gel Pens. The image has been cut to size and layered on red and green card. The backing papers are from a Basic Grey paper pad called Porcelain. The card has been finished off with two paper flowers, with buttons in their centres, and two strips of ribbon, with gem brads from my craft stash.

A SPOON FULL OF SUGAR CHALLENGE NO. 48




And my next card for today is for A Spoon Full of Sugar Challenge No. 48 - A Sketch by Caryn.
I have used a new Sugar Nellie stamp called " A gift for You", which has been coloured with Sukura Gel Pens. The image has been cut with a round nesty, and layered on pale blue card. The backing papers are from a Basic Grey paper pad called Wisteria. For the "swirly" bit of the Sketch I have used a few strings of tiny self-adhesive, flat-backed pearls. Good morning everyone, hope you are all well! I have a couple of posts today, so I will start off with a card for Papertake Weekly Challenge - Dawny's Sketch No. 13. I have used a stamp from Rachelle Anne Miller called "Hoo Hoo There!", and this image has been coloured with Sukura Gel Pens, and then cut to size. The image has been layered on pale green and cream card. The backing paper is from a Basic Grey paper pad called Archiac. I also ran a strip of brown paper through a Martha Stewart "Doily" punch, and then added a strip of ribbon. My next card is for Cutie Sunday Challenge No. 38 - a Sketch, and for this I have used another new stamp from Rachelle Anne Miller called "Going Fishing", and this cute little guy has been coloured with Sukura Gel Pens. I have also used a little Glossy Accents on the water in his bucket, the pebbles on the ground, and along the length of his fishing rod. The image has been cut to size, and layered on maroon and grey card. The backing papers are from a Basic Grey paper pad called Wisteria, and to finish the card off, a stamped stentiment, and a paper flower with a pearl brad, from my craft stash. COLOUR CREATE CHALLENGE NO. 12


Hi everyone, so glad it's Friday! What a week! Anyway, a few posts today, and the first card is for Colour Create Challenge Week 12 - "Black, White and Pink"....., with an extra option of Polka Dots. I just love this Challenge, all of my favourite colours, and even better in a combo. I have used a new Sugar Nellie stamp called Shopaholic, and she has been coloured with Sukura Gel Pens, and then cut with a round nesty, and layered on black and pink card. The backing papers have been printed from a Pink Petticoat download called Little Big Dots, so this covers this weeks extra option "Polka Dots". A strip of black and white spotty ribbon divides the two papers, and to finish the card off, a stamped sentiment from Elzybells, and some paper flowers with pearl brads, from my craft stash.

PENNY BLACK SATURDAY CHALLENGE - WEEK 45




And my next card is for Penny Black Saturday Challenge - Week 45 - A Sketch from Nat. I have used a Penny Black stamp I bought at Ally Pally out the Bargain Bin, called "Bundle of Wishes", and this cute cow has been coloured with Sukura Gel Pens. I have stuck some little flowers over the stamped flowers, and also placed tiny little gems in the middle of each flower. The backing papers are from a Basic Grey paper pad called Wisteria. The card has been finished off with a stamped sentiment, a paper flower with a gem brad, and three pale blue gems in the bottom corner for added interest. And my next card is for Friday Sketchers Challenge No. 48, a fab Sketch from Kristine in Norway. I have used one of Sugar Nellies new stamps called Daisy and Dolly, which has been coloured with a combination of Art-Kure WC Brushes, and Sukura Gel pens. The image has been cut with an Oval nesty, and layered on orange card. The backing paper is a sheet of double-sided 12x12 paper from S.E.I called "Chick-a-Dee". The sentiment has been stamped onto a piece of scrap card, and then cut with a new Tag nesty I also bought at Ally Pally, and then just finished off with some small strips of ribbon and some orange brads. DARING CARDMAKERS - GAMES AND TOYS FOR BOYS


Hi everyone, hope you are all well, and enjoying the lovely sunshine we are having. My first card for today is for Daring Cardmakers Challenge - "Games and Toys for Boys" - make a masculine card. I have used a stamp I bought at Ally Pally over the weekend from Rubbernecker. I don't know what the name of the stamp is, but it is a footballer, and a goal. The image has been coloured with a combination of my Art-Kure WC Brushes, and Sukura Gel pens. The image has been cut, and layered on red and blue card, and all the corners have been rounded with a corner punch. The backing paper is from a Basic Grey paper pad called Cupcake. The red strip of card down the side has been punched with a border punch, and to finish the card off, a stamped sentiment (with tiny gems in some of the letters), a strip of ribbon, and a paper flower with a gem brad, all from my craft stash.

CUTE CARD THURSDAY CHALLENGE NO. 56


My next card is for Cute Card Thursday Challenge No. 56 - Floral Fantasy. I do not have many floral stamps on their own, and decided this would be a good opportunity to use this stamp I have had for ages from Elusive Images. I tried stamping this image, and attempted using embossing powders, but after three attempts, gave up, and just stuck to using good old Stazon. The image has been coloured with Sukura Gel Pens, and cut to size, and layered on purple and green card. The backing paper is from a K & Company paper pad called Lifes Journey Pansy Pad. The card has been finished off with some purple ribbon and a few purple gems, and some pansy flowers with pearl brads, from my craft stash. WHIFF OF JOY CHALLENGE NO. 26


Hi everyone, a few quick posts today, and the first is for Whiff of Joy Challenge No. 26 - Black and White, and a splash of one colour accent. I have chosen Pink as my colour accent, and have used a Whiff of Joy stamp called Confirmed Melinda, and she has been coloured with Sukura Gel Pens. The image has been cut with a round nesty, and layered on black and pink card. The backing paper is from a paper pack simply called "Allsorts", don't even know who the manufacturer is. I also ran some pink card and black paper through a Martha Stewart "Doily" Punch, and finished the card off with some paper flowers, and a few black brads, and also a black and white bow, from my craft stash.

DT CARD CREATIVE INSPIRATIONS CHALLENGE NO. 7


And, here is my first DT card for Creative Inspirations Challenge No. 7 - a Recipe - Three Flowers, Two Buttons, and Ribbon, Lace or Fibres. I have used a Joanna Sheen Messy Rabbit stamp called Fairy Rabbit, and she has been coloured with Sukura Gel Pens, and a little glitter added to her wings with a Quickie Glue pen. I have also added some timy gems to her crown and the bottom of her dress. The image has been cut to size, and layered on pale pink and peach card. The backing papers are from a Basic Grey paper pad called Porcelain. The card has been finished off with the elements for the Recipe - 3 Flowers, 2 Buttons and a piece of pink ribbon - all from my craft stash. I have used one my the new Whiff of Joy stamps called "Musing Melinda", I just love her she is one of my new favs. She has been coloured with Sukura Gel Pens, and her wings glittered with a Quickie Glue pen and Crystal Glitter. The image has been cut with a Nesty, and layered on Pink card. The backing paper is from a Basic Grey paper pads called "Lily Kate". A SPOON FULL OF SUGAR CHALLENGE NO. 47


Good morning everyone, hope you are all well. The sun is shining and hopefully it is going to be a lovely day. I have two posts today, and my first one is for A Spoon Full of Sugar Challenge No. 47 - "To Die For" - create a card or project using Die Cuts or Punches. Well my whole card consists of Die Cuts, and Punched elements. I started off with a Die Cut image from Lili of the Valley called "Moggie", and he has been layered on pink, green and blue card cut with a Labels Nesty. The backing paper is from a Basic Grey paper pad called Two Scoops. In each corner I have used a "Photo" corner punch, and punched four corners from pink card, and my flowers have been made using two different sized flowers punches. The card has been finished off with a stamped sentiment, some gems, and pearls brads on the centres of my punched flowers - all from my craft stash.

My first card is for Sketch and Stash Challenge No. 8, which I have used a new Whiff of Joy stamp called Musing Melinda. I have coloured her with a combination of my WC Brushes, and Sukura Gel Pens. She has then been cut and layered on pale green, cream and grey card. The backing papers are from a Laura Ashley 8x8 paper pad called Contemporary which I bought a while back, but have not had a chance to use yet. And my next card for today is for Colour Create Challenge No. 11 - Chocolate, Coffee and Cream. I have used a stamp from The Greeting Farm Collection called "Miss Anya", and she has been coloured using H2O's. The image has been cut with a round nesty, and layered on chocolate and cream card. I have used a stamp from the Stamptivity Collection of "Love to Shop Girls", and she has been coloured with Watercolour pencils. For a little added interest, I have added a few tiny gems to her shirt, as buttons. The image has been cut to size, and layered on pink and green card, and some square gem brads added to the corners. The backing paper has been printed from a Making Handmade Cards download called "Florals". THE SECRET CRAFTER SATURDAY CHALLENGE NO. 27




And my next card today is for The Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge No. 27 - a Sketch from the lovely and talented Donna, but a Sketch with a colour twist of Chocolate Orange. I loved this Sketch, and I also loved the colour twist, so had great fun making this card. I have used a Sugar Nellie stamp from the Gorjuss Collection , and this gojuss one is called "Foxy". I have coloured her with Sukura gels pens, and the cut the image to size, layered it on orange and brown card. The backing papers are from Three Bugs in a Rug paper pad called Island. The card has been finished off with a stamped sentiment, two paper flowers with gem brads, a strip of ribbon, and a few gold gems, all from my craft stash. I have chosen one of my new Joanna Sheen Messy Rabbit stamps, called Princess Rabbit, and she has been coloured with Sukura Gel pens. Her fur has been glittered with a Quickie Glue pen, and crystal glitter, and for some added sparkle some tiny purple gems for her regal necklace. The image has been cut and layered on lilac and maroon card. The backing papers from a Basic Grey paper pad called Eva, and to finish the card off, a stamped sentiment, and a few lilac gems in the top left corner from my craft stash.

DARING CARDMAKERS - HIDE AND SEEK




And my final card for today is for Daring Cardmakers - "Hide and Seek" - Make a card with a hidden message or element on your card. I have made an Open Swing Top card, which I found while looking through You Tube, and this card was made by a lady called Dawn. I have used one of Sugar Nellies Gorjuss Girls called "A Little Birdie Told Me", and she has been coloured with a combination of my Art-Kure WC brushes, and Sukura Gel pens. She has been cut and layered on pink and maroon card. The bottom half of the card is stuck to the card base, leaving a little bit at the top where the scallop is -unglued, for the top half of the card to slide into. The top half of the card pivots on the square gem brad on the left hand side in the middle of the card. The backing paper used is from a Basic Grey paper pad called Sugared. I have jazzed the card up a little with some paper flowers, with gem brads, a few pink gems, and some ribbon, as well as the stamped sentiment inside.
