VC STAMP CHALLENGE NO. 23

Now onto a card for a Challenge, and this card is for VC Stamp Challenge No. 23 - a sketch with a twist.... No Layers! That was really hard for me, as I love my layers, but I hope this meets the criteria. I have used this adorable fella from Victoria Case called Lil Snowman, and he has been coloured with Twinkling H2O's, and again his hats fur "fluffed up" with Liquid Applique. The image has been trimmed down, and mounted on pale blue card. There was no backing paper used, only some snowflakes embossed with glitter for the background. A pearlescent blue ink pad was run down the side of the card, and then topped with a white organze ribbon and bow. The card has been finished off with a stamped sentiment and a few pale blue gems for added interest. Thanks for popping by, and have a lovely day!

GUEST DESIGNER DT CARD WHIFF OF JOY CHALLENGE NO. 54

Hi everyone, hope you are all well. I am so excited today, as I was lucky enough to win "Guest Designer" spot on Whiff of Joy Challenge Blog for the month of November. So here is my first card, and this is for Challenge No. 54 - a fabulous Sketch from Jane. I have used one of my old favs from Whiff of Joy called "Lizzie with Muff", and she has been coloured with Twinkling H2O's, and all the fur "fluffed" up with Liquid Applique. The image has been trimmed down and layered on green and cream card. The papers are from 12x12 sheets from Fancy Pants called On the Tree and Yuletide Greetings. The card has been finished off with a stamped sentiment, paper flowers with spacers and pearl brads, two pearl pins with beads, and some self-adhesive pearls - all from my craft stash. POLLYCRAFT MONDAY CHALLENGE NO. 27

My second card is for Pollycraft Monday Challenge No. 27 - a fab Sketch. I have used one of the new stamps from Pollycraft called "Grace", and she has been coloured with Sakura Gel Pens. The wings have been glittered, and the fur on the hat has been "fluffed" with Liquid Applique. The image has been cut with a round nesty, and layered on blue and white card. The backing papers are from a Basic Grey paper pad called Figgy, and to finish the card off - a stamped sentiment, ribbon, paper flower, spacer and pearl brad - all from my craft stash. SKETCH AND STASH CHALLENGE NO. 22

Hello everyone, hope you are all well. A miserable day today here in Essex, pouring with rain! I hate driving in the rain, especially motorways! I have two posts today, and my first card is for Sketch and Stash Challenge No. 22, for which I have used a Sugar Nellie stamp which was specially made for Charity, and this one is called "Cherub". The image was stamped, and then the little cherub masked off, and the background sponged with a few various colours of Chalk Eye Inkpads. The wings of the Cherub were also glittered for some added interest. The backing papers are from a new paper pad I bought from Crafty Individuals called "Trees", and to finish the card off - a stamped sentiment, brads, gems and some lilac organza ribbon, all from my craft stash.

DT CARD CREATIVE INSPIRATIONS CHALLENGE - DOODLING

Hello everyone, hope you are all well, and have enjoyed your weekend. There is only one posting from me today, and this is my DT card for Creative Inspirations Challenge - Doodling -Somewhere on your card we want to see Doodling so get that creative flair and pens a doodling. I have used a stamp from Victoria Case which is exclusive to Susana's Custom Art and Card Design, and this cutie is called "Game Time". The image has been coloured with a combo of Sakura Gel Pens and Twinkling H2O's, and then trimmed to size and layered on pink and green card. The backing papers are from a Basic Grey paper pad. I have "doodled" around the edge of my card, and also tried to doodle some flowers, but I must admit freehand is not my forte'. My second card for today is for Cutie Sunday Challenge No. 65. I have used a stamp from Elizabeth Bell called "Especially for You". These stamps are now available from Crafts U Love. This image was coloured with a combo of Art-Kure WC Brushes, and Sakura Gel Pens, and then trimmed down and layered on yellow and green card. The backing papers are from a paper pad from Cosmo Cricket called Earth Love. The card has been finished off with a stamped sentiment, and some self-adhesive pearls from my craft stash. The backing papers are from an A5 paper pad from Papermania called Blueberry Hill, and this was a Birthday pressie from my Blogging Buddy Donna (Donna's Doodles). Hello everyone, hope you are all well. What a strange morning, it is so foggy outside today, I cannot even see up the end of the street, glad I am working from home today. My second card is for The Sugar Bowl Challenge No. 22 - a Sketch from Kathy, with the inclusion of Lace. I have used a stamp from Sugar Nellie's Country Cousins Collection called "Santa's Little Helper", and she has been coloured using Art-Kure WC Brushes, Sakura Gel Pens and Twinkling H2O's. The fur has been made using Liquid Applique. The image has been cut to size, and layered on cream and dusty rose card. The backing papers are from a Basic Grey paper pad called Wassail. And my second card for today is for Inky Impressions Challenge No. 20 - a fab Sketch. I have used an Inky Impressions stamp called "Flower Lili", and she has been coloured with Sakura Gel Pens. The image has been cut with a round nesty, and layered on maroon and pink card. The backing paper is from a Basic Grey paper pad called Sugared. A strip a scrap pink card was also run through a Cuttlebug "Swiss Dots" Embossing Folder, and a piece of maroon ribbon tied over the top. Just one post for today, and this is my Guest Designer card for It's a Crafters Companion Challenge No. 9 - a wonderful Sketch by Yvonne. For starters, I have rotated the Sketch to allow my image to fit onto my card size.
