PENNY BLACK SATURDAY CHALLENGE - WEEK 72

Hello fellow crafters, it's Friday, and I cannot wait for the weekend! I get to lie in a little, and craft to my hearts content.... cannot wait! There are two posts from me today, and the first card is for Penny Black Saturday Challenge - Week 72 "Halloween". Speaking of Halloween, wonder if we will get any "Trick or Treaters" tonight? I have used a Penny Black stamp called "Apprentice", and she has been coloured with Sakura Gel Pens. The image has been trimmed down and layered on purple and black card. The backing papers are from a 12x12 sheet of Imaginisce Scrapbook paper called Hallowhimsy/Wicked Whimsy. The card has been finished off with a stamped sentiment, paper flower with gem brad, black satin ribbon and some lilac gems from my craft stash.

THE SECRET CRAFTER SATURDAY CHALLENGE NO. 55

And my final card for today is for The Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge No. 55 - a colour Challenge - Orange, plus one other colour. I have chosen "Brown", and have used a Penny Black stamp called "Beware of Cat!", which has been coloured with Sakura Gel Pens. The image has been cut with a round nesty, and layered on orange and brown card. The backing papers are from a Basic Grey paper pad called Eerie, and to finish the card - a stamped sentiment, a strip of brown ribbon and some buttons, all from my endless craft stash! PENNY BLACK SATURDAY CHALLENGE - WEEK 71

Yipee, it's Friday... almost the weekend, can't wait. I have two post today and the first is for Penny Black Saturday Challenge - Week 71 - a Sketch from Nat. I have used an image from the Penny Black T-for Transparent Collection called Jolly Follies, and this has been coloured with a combo of Art-Kure WC brushes and Sakura Gel pens. The bells have been glittered, and the Bell Pull has had a little Glossy Accents added for extra texture. The image has been trimmed and layered on Blue card. The backing papers are from a paper pad by Kars called Xmas Collection. The card has been finished off with a stamped sentiment, some ribbon, a paper flower with gem brad and snowflake charm, and some pale blue gems - all from my craft stash.

CUTE CARD THURSDAY CHALLENGE NO. 82

My second card is for Cute Card Thursday Challenge No. 82 - "Spook Fest". I have used a Penny Black stamp, and he has been coloured with Sakura Gel Pens. The image has been cut with a deckled edge rectangle nesty, and layered on orange and black card. The backing paper is from a Basic Grey paper pad called Eerie, and to finish the card - a stamped sentiment, ribbon paper flower with a black dew drop, and some green gems - all from my craft stash. SKETCH AND STASH CHALLENGE NO. 21

Hi everyone, hope you are all well, and have had a good Monday. I have a bit of catching up to do, so I have two posts today, and my first card is for Sketch and Stash Challenge No. 21. I have used a new stamp I got from Penny Black called Crossing Bridges, and this has been coloured with Sakura Gel Pens. The image has been trimmed down and layered on pink card. The backing paper is from a 6x6 paper pad by Crafty Individuals called Springtime. The card has been finished off with a stamped sentiment, some lace, paper flowers with pearl brads, and a few pink Dew Drops - from my craft stash.

And my final card for today is for The Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge No. 51 - "Animal Antics". I have used yet another Penny Black stamp called Celloist. Another fantastic find in a Bargain Bin at Ally Pally last weekend! This image has been coloured with Sakura Gel Pens and Twinkling H2O's. The image has been cut with an Octagonal nesty, and layered on yellow and black card. The backing paper is from a Basic Grey paper pad called Porcelain, and to finish the card off - a stamped sentiment, organza ribbon, paper flowers with spacers and pearl brads, and some little gems from my bottomless craft stash. SKETCH SATURDAY CHALLENGE NO. 70

Hi everyone, hope you are all well. I have two posts today, and will start off with a card for Sketch Saturday Challenge No. 70. I have used another wonderful Penny Black stamp called "Diamonds are Forever", and this cutie has been coloured with Sakura Gel Pens. The cats collar has had some pink gems added to it for some added interest. The image has been trimmed down and layered on bazzil cardstock. The green card was also run through a Fiskars border punch. The backing paper is from a 6x6 paper pad from Cosmo Criket Mini Deck called Earth Love. The card has been finished off with a stamped sentiment, paper flowers with pearl brads, some organze ribbon and some gems - all from my craft stash.

And my second card for today is for Penny Black Saturday Challenge - Week 68, a colour Challenge - "Chocolate.... Lemon & Pink". I have used a Penny Black stamp, which I got from a Bargain bucket at Ally Pally, and this is called Baby Hammock. I have been eyeing this stamp for a while now, and could not believe my luck when I saw it in the Bargain Bucket for half the price! The image has been coloured with Sakura Gel pens, and the cut with a round nesty, and layered on pink and yellow card. The backing papers are from a Basic Grey paper pad called Two Scoops. The card has been finished off with a stamped sentiment, a paper flower with a flower brad, some ribbon and a few tiny brown buttons - all from my craft stash! The next card today is for Stampavie and More Challenge No. 62 - "Pumpkins". I have used a stamp from Penny Black called "Cat O Lantern", and this has been coloured with Sakura Gel Pens. The image has been cut with a Peony Nesty, and layered on orange and black card. The backing paper are from a new Basic Grey paper pad called Eerie, and to finish the card off - a stamped sentiment, orange and black ribbon, and a few orange gems from my craft stash.

Apologies folks! This should have been posted on Thur 24th, but in the middle of posting my internet connection went down ( Thanks BT!), and I was unable to do anything for the whole day! Hence the late posting of this card today!

And my final card for today is for Penny Black Saturday Challenge - Week 67 - "Lace and Pearls". I have used a Penny Black stamp called "Country Lady", and she has been coloured with Sakura Gel Pens. The image has been cut with a Blossom nesty, and layered on pink and cream card. The lace has been layered over some pink satin ribbon, and the backing paper is from a Basic Grey paper pad called Porcelain. The card has been finished off with a stamped sentiment, paper flowers with pearl brads, and some more self-adhesive brads - all from my craft stash. PENNY BLACK SATURDAY CHALLENGE - WEEK 66

My second card is for Penny Black Saturday Challenge - Week 66 - a great Sketch from Domi. I have used a Penny Black stamp called "Jump Rope", and this has been coloured with Art-Kure WC brushes, and Sakura Gel pens. The flowers on the jump rope have been replaced with little paper flowers, and tiny pink gems, for added texture, and a more 3-D look. The image has been trimmed to size, and layered on cream and pale pink card, and all corners rounded with a corner punch. The two circles have been cut on my Cricut, and the backing papers are from a paper pack from My Minds Eye called Wild Asparagus. The card has been finished off with a stamped sentiment, two strips of ribbon, and some paper flowers with pearl brads - all from my bottomless craft stash. Hi everyone, almost the weekend again, and I cannot wait to get another terrible week behind me at work. Our computer network has been down now for over a week now, and work has practically ground to a halt.... what did we ever do before Computers? PENNY BLACK SATURDAY CHALLENGE - WEEK 64

My second card, which also happens to be my second Christmas card this year is for Penny Black Saturday Challenge - Week 64 - Christmas. I have used a very old stamp of mine which has been buried at the bottom of my craft drawer for years, and this is a Penny Black stamp called Christmas Tree Ted, and he has been coloured with Sakura Gel Pens, and the fur on his hat has been fluffed up with Liquid Applique, and a Heating Tool, and the snow has been glittered with a Crystal Glitter. The image has been cut with a Deckled edge rectangle nesty, and layered on green and blue card. The backing papers are from a Basic Grey paper pad called Figgy, and to finish the card off, a stamped sentiment, strip of ribbon, and some self-adhesive pearls - all from my craft stash. Hi everyone, hope you are enjoying the weekend so far. A super quick post from me this morning, as I have my entire house to clean before my mom and her friends come to stay for a week. Don't know where I am going to fit everyone, but I am sure we will survive. This card is for Cutie Sunday Challenge No. 54, and I have used a Penny Black stamp from the T-for Transparent Collection called Wonderful. I have coloured the image with Sakura Gel Pens, and then trimmed to size, and layered on yellow and pink card. The backing papers are from a Basic Grey paper pad called June Bug.
