My second card is for The Sugar Bowl Challenge No. 22 - a Sketch from Kathy, with the inclusion of Lace. I have used a stamp from Sugar Nellie's Country Cousins Collection called "Santa's Little Helper", and she has been coloured using Art-Kure WC Brushes, Sakura Gel Pens and Twinkling H2O's. The fur has been made using Liquid Applique. The image has been cut to size, and layered on cream and dusty rose card. The backing papers are from a Basic Grey paper pad called Wassail. The card has been finished off with a stamped sentiment, ribbon with a lacey edges, paper flowers with glitter, spacers and pearl brads, and some cream pearls - all from my craft stash. THE SUGAR BOWL CHALLENGE NO. 21
And my second card today is for The Sugar Bowl Challenge No. 21 - a wonderful Sketch from the very talented Tiets. I have used one of Sugar Nellie's stamps from the Country Cousins Collection called Angel Wishes, and she has been coloured with Sakura Gel Pens. The stars and wings have been glittered with a Quickie Glue pen and Crystal Glitter, and the "fur" on the dogs hat has been fluffed up with Liquid Applique. The image has been cut to size and layered on lilac and pink card. The backing papers are from a 6x6 paper pack from Crafts House called Winter Wonderland. The card has been finished off with a stamped sentiment, pink ribbon, paper flowers with spacers and pearl brads, and some silver gems - all from my craft stash. COLOUR CREATE CHALLENGE NO. 28
My second card is for Colour Create Challenge No. 28 - Hot Pink, Dusty Pink, Ice Chocolate, with an optional extra of "Pearls and Swirls". I have used a stamp from Sugar Nellie's Autumn 2009 Collection, and she has been coloured with a combo of Sakura Gel Pens, and Twinkling H2O's. The image has been cut to size, and the edges have been distressed with a brown chalk eye ink pad, and stamped again with a "Swirls" stamp. The image has been layered on pink and brown card. The backing papers are from a Basic Grey paper pad called Bittersweet, and another piece of pink card run through a Cuttlebug "Swirls" Embossing Folder. The card has been finished off with a stamped sentiment, brown ribbon and pink pearls, all from my craft stash.

CUTIE SUNDAY CHALLENGE NO. 59

Hi everyone, well it's the weekend, and I am loving it so far. The weather is not all that nice outside, but all the more reason to be inside CRAFTING! I have two posts today, and my first card is for Cutie Sunday Challenge No. 59, and I have used a stamp from Sugar Nellie which is being sold for Charity called "It's a Girl Thing". She has been coloured with Sakura Gel Pens, and then cut with an Octagonal nesty, and layered on pink and green card. The backing paper is from a Basic Grey paper pad called Wisteria, and to finish the card off - a stamped sentiment, some jute ribbon, paper flowers with pearl brads, and a few pink gems - all from my craft stash.

And my final card for today is for The Sugar Bowl Challenge No. 18 - a wonderful Sketch from Kathy, with an inclusion of "Buttons". I have used one of the new stamps from Sugar Nellie Autumn Collection, and she has been coloured with Twinkling H2O's. The image has been trimmed down and layered on pink and green card. The backing papers are from a Basic Grey paper pad called Sugared, and to finish the card off - a stamped sentiment, some Jute ribbon and pink grosgrain ribbon, pink gems and the required "Buttons" - all from my craft stash.
