FRIDAY SKETCHERS CHALLENGE NO. 77

Hello everyone, hope you are all well. I have one post today, and this is a card for Friday Sketchers Challenge No. 77. I have used a gorgeous stamp by Victoria Case, and she has been coloured with Sakura Gel Pens. The image has been cut with a round nesty, and layered on blue and green card. I also punched some snowflakes from white pearlescent paper, and stuck them round the edge of the circle. The backing paper is from a Basic Grey paper pad called Eskimo Kisses, and to finish the card off - a stamped sentiment, blue Dew Drops, and some gems from my craft stash. VC STAMP CHALLENGE NO. 23

Now onto a card for a Challenge, and this card is for VC Stamp Challenge No. 23 - a sketch with a twist.... No Layers! That was really hard for me, as I love my layers, but I hope this meets the criteria. I have used this adorable fella from Victoria Case called Lil Snowman, and he has been coloured with Twinkling H2O's, and again his hats fur "fluffed up" with Liquid Applique. The image has been trimmed down, and mounted on pale blue card. There was no backing paper used, only some snowflakes embossed with glitter for the background. A pearlescent blue ink pad was run down the side of the card, and then topped with a white organze ribbon and bow. The card has been finished off with a stamped sentiment and a few pale blue gems for added interest. Thanks for popping by, and have a lovely day!

DT CARD CREATIVE INSPIRATIONS CHALLENGE - DOODLING

Hello everyone, hope you are all well, and have enjoyed your weekend. There is only one posting from me today, and this is my DT card for Creative Inspirations Challenge - Doodling -Somewhere on your card we want to see Doodling so get that creative flair and pens a doodling. I have used a stamp from Victoria Case which is exclusive to Susana's Custom Art and Card Design, and this cutie is called "Game Time". The image has been coloured with a combo of Sakura Gel Pens and Twinkling H2O's, and then trimmed to size and layered on pink and green card. The backing papers are from a Basic Grey paper pad. I have "doodled" around the edge of my card, and also tried to doodle some flowers, but I must admit freehand is not my forte'. VC STAMP CHALLENGE NO. 22

Hello fellow crafters, hope you are all well at this half way mark to the weekend. I have two posts today, and my first card is for VC Stamp Challenge No. 22 - Fall Colours are all around us... use combo of Dark Brown, Red and Ivory. I have used a stamp by Victoria Case called "Taylor", and she has been coloured with Sakura Gel Pens and Twinkling H2O's. The image has been cut with an Oval nesty, and layered on Brown card. The backing papers are from a Basic Grey paper pad called Infuse. The card has been finished off with a stamped sentiment, brown ribbon, paper flower with gem brad, and some red gems - all from my craft stash.

VC STAMP CHALLENGE NO. 21

Hello fellow bloggers, hope all is well at the halfway mark of the week! This week is going so quickly, just the way I like it, always looking forward to the weekends! I have two posts today, and will kick off with my first card for today, and this is for VC Stamp Challenge No. 21 - a Sketch. I have used a stamp from Victoria Case called Moon Witch, and she has been coloured with Sakura Gel Pens. The moon and the edge of the cloud have been glittered using a Quickie Glue pen and Crystal glitter. The image has been trimmed down and layered on orange and black card. The backing paper is from a Basic Grey paper pad called Eerie, and to finish the card off - a stamped sentiment, paper flower with gem brad, and little gems, and finally some Dew Drops, all from my craft stash.

VC STAMP CHALLENGE NO. 18

And my final card for today is for VC Stamp Challenge No. 18 - a colour challenge "Black-Purple-Green". I have used a Victoria Case stamp from the Hearts and Hugs Collection 2, available from Susana's Custom Art and Card Design, and this adorable little girl is called "Susy", and she has been coloured with Sakura Gel Pens. I never get bored using Sakura Gel Pens because they always have a lovely shimmer, and I love this effect on my cards. The image has been cut to size, and layered on purple, green and black card. The backing papers are from a Basic Grey paper pad called Eva, and to finish the card off - a stamped sentiment, purple organza ribbon and paper flowers with gem brads - all from my endless craft stash! CUTE CARD THURSDAY CHALLENGE NO. 79

Hi everyone, hope you are all well, and have had a lovely weekend! I have three posts today, so will start off straight away with a card for Cute Card Thursday Challenge No. 79 - "Buzz Off!" - a colour combo of Black & Yellow. I have used a stamp from Victoria Case Heart and Hugs Collection 2 available from Susana's Custom Art and Card Design, and this cutie is called Taylor, and she has been coloured with Sakura Gel Pens. The image has been trimmed down and layered on yellow and black card. The backing paper is from a Basic Grey paper pad called Granola. A strip of yellow card has been run through a Martha Stewart "zigzag" punch. The card has been finished off with a stamped sentiment, some black ribbon, a paper flower with a black Dew Drop, and some yellow Dew Drops down the side - all of which are from my craft stash.

PAPERTAKE WEEKLY CHALLENGE SKETCH NO. 24

My second and final card for today is for Papertake Weekly Challenge - Sketch No. 24. I have used yet another stamp from Victoria Case's Hearts and Hugs Collection 2 from Susana's Custom Art and Card Design called "Jami", and she has been coloured with Sakura Gel Pens, and a few touches with Twinkling H2O's. The image has been cut to size and layered on grey, lilac and purple card. The backing papers are from a Basic Grey paper pad called Wisteria, and to finish the card - a stamped sentiment, a strip of purple jute ribbon, paper flowers with pearl brads, and a few Dew Drops - all from my craft stash. A SPOON FULL OF SUGAR CHALLENGE NO. 70

Hi everyone, hope you are all well. I am so excited today, as I am off to Ally Pally. Hopefully I will come home with lots of exciting goodies. So two very quick posts from my this morning, and the first card is for A Spoon Full of Sugar Challenge No. 70 - a Sketch by Nikki. I have used a stamp from the Victoria Case Heart and Hugs Collection 2, available from Susana's Custom Art and Card Design, and this little boy is called "Matthew", and he has been coloured with a combo of Art-Kure WC Brushes and Sakura Gel Pens. The image has been trimmed down and layered on cream and blue card. The backing papers are from a Basic Grey paper pad called Archiac, and to finish the card off - a stamped sentiment, paper flowers with gem brads, a few metal brads, a strip of brown ribbon and two brown buttons - all from my craft stash.

Hello everyone, hope you are all well. We are on the downhill run to the weekend, and even better for me, my last working day this week, then I have a few days off for my Birthday! I have two posts today, and my first card is for VC Stamp Challenge No. 17 - a Sketch. I have used a Victoria Case stamp from the Hearts and Hugs Collection 2 available from Susana's Custom Art and Card Design, and this cutie is called "Milla", and she has been coloured with Sakura Gel Pens. I have used tiny silver gems to add sparkle to her earring and bracelet. The image has been cut with a Labels nesty, and layered on creamy coloured card. The backing papers are from a Basic Grey paper pad called Bittersweet, and to finish the card a stamped sentiment and some paper flowers with pearl brads.

SKETCH AND STASH CHALLENGE NO. 19

My second card is for Sketch and Stash Challenge No. 19. I have just a new stamp from Victoria Case's Hearts and Hugs Collection 2 which is available from Susanas Custom Art and Card Design, and this adorable little girl is called "Aud", and she has been coloured with my ever faithful Sakura Gel Pens. The image has been trimmed down and layered on pink and green card. The backing papers are also new from a paper pack by My Minds Eye called Wild Asparagus. The card has been finished off with a stamped sentiment, a strip of ribbon, a paper flower with pearl brad, and some pink gems - all from my craft stash.

THE SECRET CRAFTER SATURDAY CHALLENGE NO. 44

Hello crafters, hope you are all well. I am so glad it is Friday, I have had an awful week at work, and am now looking forward to the weekend, and better still a week off next week. I have a few posts today, and will start off with a card for The Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge No. 44 - "Cute as a Bug" - we want to see cute bugs! I have used a stamp exclusive to Susana's Custom Art and Card Design from the Victoria Case Heart and Hugs Collection called "Forever Friends", and have coloured the image with Sakura Gel Pens. The image has been cut with an Octagonal nesty, and layered on orange and lilac card. The backing papers are from a DCWV 8x8 paper pad called Pocket Full of Posies, which I coincidently won on this Challenge Blog back in May 2009. The card has been finished off with a stamped sentiment, a strip of lilac ribbon, a paper flower with a pearl brad, some Dew Drops and a Butterfly Charm, all from my craft stash.
