And my next card for today is for Cute Card Thursday Challenge No. 53 - Family Affair - make a card for a family member. I have chosen a stamp from Joanna Sheens Messy Rabbit Collection called DIY Rabbit, to make a card for "Dad", may as well get started on the Fathers Day cards because the days just seem to fly by, and before you know it, it will be on our doorstep. I have coloured bunny with a combination of WC Brushes, and Sukura Gel Pens, and have then cut the image with a round nesty, and layered him on grey/blue cardstock. The drill image is also part of this Messy Rabbit DIY Collection. The stamped sentiment is from Stamps Away. The backing paper is from a Basic Grey 6x6 paper pad called Marrakech. STAMP WITH STAMPAVIE CHALLENGE NO. 36
Hello crafters, hope you are all well, I have a few posts today, and my first card is for Stamp with Stampavie Challenge No. 36 - a Sketch from the lovely Flati. I have used one of Sarah Kays stamps called Country Girl, and she has been coloured with my Art-Kure WC Brushes. The image has been cut to size, and the edges brushed with a pale blue chalk eye inkpad, to soften them a little, then the it has been layered on pale blue cardstock. The backing papers are all from a Basic Grey 6x6 paper pad called Lily Kate. The card has been finished off with a stamped sentiment, and a strip of blue spotty ribbon from my craft stash.

WHIFF OF JOY CHALLENGE NO. 23
And my next card for today is for Whiff of Joy Challenge No. 23 - a Sketch from the very talented Donalda. I have used one of Whiff of Joys new stamps called Melinda with Muffin Basket, and she has been coloured with a combination of WC Brushes, and Sukura Gel Pens. I have also glittered Melinda's wings a little, and added some glossy accents to the icing on the muffins. Melinda has been cut to size, and layered on pale pink card. A SPOON FULL OF SUGAR CHALLENGE NO. 44
Hello crafters, hope you are all well, and it's a lovely sunny day today. I have a few posts today, so I will start off with a card for A Spoon Full of Sugar Challenge No. 44 - "Easter". I have chosen a Magnolia stamp called Tilda Hugging Bunny, and this has been coloured with a combination of WC Brushes and Sukura Gel pens. For a little added texture, I "fluffed" up bunnys tail with Liquid Applique, and glittered Tildas wings with a Quickie Glue pen and crystal glitter. The image has been cut with a round nesty, and layered on yellow card. The backing paper is from a Basic Grey 6x6 paper pad called Lily Kate. I also ran a strip of yellow and green card through a Martha Stewart "Doily" punch. The sentiment has been made on my PC, and layered on green and blue card with a yellow spotty brad through the middle. The card has been finished off with a strip of ribbon, and some paper flowers with pearl brads, all from my craft stash.

PAPERTAKE WEEKLY CHALLENGE - DAWNYS SKETCH NO. 11
And my final card for today is for Papertake Weekly Challenge - Dawny's Sketch No. 11. Thanks Dawny, another fab Sketch to work with. I have chosen a stamp from Sugar Nellie called Basket of Happiness, and have used a combination of Watercolour Pencils, and Sukura Gel pens. I have cut the image to size, and layered it on pink and maroon cardstock. The backing papers are from a Basic Grey 6x6 paper pad called Sugared. CREATIVE INSPIRATIONS CHALLENGE NO. 5
Good morning all, hope you are all well, hopefully the weather will be better than yesterday! I have two posts today, so I will start off with a card for Creative Inspirations Challenge No. 5 - Humorous. When I saw this collection with the sentiment, I just could not resist buying it, I thought it was so funny! I have used this stamp from Art Impressions called Golden Oldies, and the image has been coloured with a combination of WC Brushes, and Sukura Gel Pens. The image has been cut, and layered on orange and blue cardstock. All the corners have been trimmed with a rounded corner punch. The backing paper is from 3 Bugs in a Rug 6x6 paper collection called Island. The card has been finished off with a stamped sentiment from the same Golden Oldies Collection, an organza bow, a blue gem, and some paper flowers from my craft stash.

And my final card for today is for Cutie Sunday Challenge No. 34. Another great Sketch by Nadine, for which I have used a new Sugar Nellie stamp called "Windswept", and she has been coloured with a combination of Art-Kure WC Brushes, and Sukura Gel Pens. I punched a strip of purple card with a Martha Stewart "Doily" punch for the centre element of the Sketch, and to finish it off, a stamped sentiment. COLOUR CREATE CHALLENGE NO. 8
Good morning crafters, hope you are all well, bit of a miserable day here today - where did the sun go? I have a few posts today, and will start off with a card for Colour Create Challenge week 8 - Navy, Turquoise and Lime, with an extra option - create your card or project without using any design papers. I have chosen one of the new Whiff of Joy stamps from the Spring Collection called Oakley with Slipover. He has been coloured with WC Brushes, and Sukura Gel Pens, and has then been cut with Label nesty, and layered on Lime green and Navy cardstock. The backing paper was made using a Turquoise Moon Shadow Ink, and the "cling-film" technique. I punched some lime green card with a Photo-corner punch, stamped a senitment from Lili of the Valley, and finished the card off with some paper flowers, pearl brads, and green gems from my craft stash.

THE SECRET CRAFTER SATURDAY CHALLENGE NO. 24
And, my final card for today is for The Secret Crafters Saturday Challenge No. 24 - "Favourite Colour" - any creation, but must be based on your favourite colour scheme. Well, my favourite colour is "Purple", even my car is purple!!!! I have chosen this gorgeous new stamp from Sugar Nellie, and it is called "Catch a Butterfly", and for once I decided to pull out the old Twinkling H2O's, and give them a bash. Not too sure whether I like the outcome or not.... maybe I just need a little more practice. The image has been cut to size, and layered on a pale lilac, and purple card. All their edges have been trimmed with a corner cutter, and the edges of the image card, brushed with a lilac chalk eye inkpad, just to soften the edges. The main backing paper is from a Floral download from "Making Handmade cards", and the butterfly paper is from a scrap left over from a previous project, but was orignally from a Raspberry Road download called Butterfly Dreams. I also ran two strips of purple card through a Martha Stewart "Doily" punch. I stamped a sentiment from Lili of the Valley, and cut this out with a round nesty, and layered on scraps of lilac/purple card. The card has then been finished off with two strips of lilac ribbon, a left over scrap of ribbon tied into a knot, a couple of paper flowers with gem brads, and three lilac gems in the top corner - all from my "bottomless" craft stash. My next card is for Sketch Saturday Challenge No. 43, and for this I have used one of Sugar Nellies new stamps called "To catch a Big Fish". This gorgeous image has been coloured with my Art-Kure WC Brushes, and for a little added texture, some Glossy Accents on the little water droplets. The image was cut to size, and layered on green and blue card. The backing papers are from a Basic Grey 6x6 paper pad called "Archaic". And to finish the card off, a stamped sentiment from Lili of the Valley, two tiny blue gems on the "a's" in the sentiment, two slightly bigger gems on two corners, and an organza bow - all from my craft stash.

CUTE CARD THURSDAY CHALLENGE NO. 52
My next card for today is for Cute Card Thursday Challenge No. 52 - a Recipe - Take something ripped, 2 papers and 4 embellishments. I have used one of the new Sugar Nellie stamps called "Fingers Crossed" - and she has been coloured with my Art-Kure WC Brushes. The image has been cut with a nesty, and layered on grey/blue card. The backing papers are both from a Basic Grey 6x6 paper pad called "Archaic". The top layer of backing paper was ripped using a nesty as a guide, not very noticeable though, just looks like a normal piece of ripped paper. The stamped sentiment is from Lili of the Valley. My four embellishment, which was really hard by the way are as follows : a paper flower, a button, and blue gem, and a strip of brown spotty ribbon - all of which are from my craft stash. WHIFF OF JOY CHALLENGE NO. 22
My next card is for Whiff of Joy Challenge No. 22 - Use the colour "Green". I must admit, green is not one of my most favourite colours, but in the end was not too bad, I might have even overdone the green a bit! I have used one of the new stamps from the Whiff of Joy Spring Collection called "Willow with Flowers". She has been coloured with a combination of WC Brushes, and Sukura Gel Pens. The image was cut with a round nesty, and layered on card in two shades of green. The backing paper is from a Basic Grey 6x6 paper pad called "Urban Prairie". I had a small piece of green spotty ribbon, and thought this would be an ideal time to make use of it, so simply stuck it below my stamped sentiment. The card has been finished off with some paper flowers, in various shades of green, and these have been held together with some gem brads, and then a few darker green brads, all from my craft stash. TRULY SCRUMPTIOUS CHALLENGE NO. 3
Hello crafters, hope you are all well, I have a few posts today, so I will start off with a card for Truly Scrumptious Challenge No. 3 - a Sketch with a twist - put something shiny on your card - maybe some mirri card or a charm - anything that would attract a magpie's eye. So I have chosen a Sugar Nellie stamp from the Leanne Ellis Collection called "Wish". She has been coloured with Sukura Gel Pens, and her wings glittered. I then masked her off, and chalked the background, and also stamped a few swirls randomly around the edges. For a little added texture, I also put some Glossy Accents on the words "Wish". The image was then layered on brown and pink card, and also some mirri card. The backing papers are from a Basic Grey 6x6 paper pad called "Sultry", two of the elements of the Sketch have also been layered on mirri card. A small strip of Pink card was punched with a Fiskars Paper Punch, and to finish the card off, a stamped sentiment, some ribbon, an organza bow, and some pink gems, all from my craft stash.

Good morning fellow bloggers, and Happy Mothers Day to all the "mothers" out there, hope you all get spoilt rotten today. I have a couple of posts today, so I will start off with a card for Papertake Weekly Challenge - "Feelin Fruity" - make a card with something edible on it! I have chosen a stamp from Whiff of Joy called Henry Celebrating Mouse, which has been coloured with my WC brushes. I have tried to make my little cupcake look like a Chocolate cupcake, so I have used brown glitter for the icing, and a few brown beads for the "Sprinkles". The image has then bee cut and layered on brown and pink card. The backing paper is from a Pink Petticoat CD. I also ran a strip of pink card, and brown paper through my Martha Stewart "Doily" Punch, and layered the two ontop of each other. The card has been finished off with a stamped sentiment layered on pink card, with a gem brad through the centre, some papers flowers, with pearl brads, and finally a few pink gems.

COLOUR CREATE CHALLENGE NO. 7
And finally for today, my last card is for Colour Create Challenge - Week 7 - "Red and Green", with the extra option "add wings". I have gone for this cute stamp from Pink Cat Studio, and she is part of a Collection from "Enchanted Lilys". I have coloured her with a combination of my Art-Kure WC Brushes, and Sukura Gel Pens. Lilys wings have also been glittered with a Quickie Glue pen and crystal glitter. The imge has been cut with an Oval nesty, and layered on green and red cardstock. The backing paper is from a Basic Grey 6x6 Paper pad called "Porcelain". If you look very closely in the background of the backing paper there are birds, and butterflies all of whom have wings! The stamped sentiment is also from the Enchanted Lily Collection. Two pieces of red and green organza ribbon layered together and placed on the left hand side of the card, and tied with a bow, then a few red gems, and paper flowers with gem brads all from my craft stash finish the card off. She has been coloured with a combination of Art-Kure WC Brushes, and Sukura Gel Pens. The image has been cut to size, and the edges softened with a chalk-eye ink pad. The image has then been layered on orange and brown card. The backing paper is from a Basic Grey 6x6 Paper Pad called Archiac. The stamped sentiment is from Elzybells, and the card has been finished off with a selection of brown ribbons, and a combination of brown/orange toned paper flowers which have been held together with a gem brad, all from my craft stash.

THE SECRET CRAFTER SATURDAY CHALLENGE NO. 23
And my next card for today is for The Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge No. 23, with the theme "Have your Cake and Eat it!". I have used an image from Penny Black's T-for Transparent Collection, called Critter Party, which has been coloured with my Art-Kure WC Brushes. For a little sparkle and texture, I have glittered the icing on the cupcake, and have put Glossy Accents on the candle and flame. The image was then cut with an oval nesty and layered on pink and cream card. I used a ribbon hole punch, and punched holes on either of the image, and threaded some ribbon through and simply tied a knot. The backing paper on the top is a Papermania paper from the Scrumptious paper pad, and the bottom paper is from a Basic Grey paper pad. The card has been finished off with some little buttons, paper flowers, with gem brads, and another strip of pink ribbon, all from my craft stash. And my next card for today is for Penny Black Saturday Challenge - Week 40 - a Sketch by the lovely Tracie. I have used a stamp from Penny Black called "Sentiments", and this has been coloured mainly with Sukura Gel Pens. The image has been cut with a round nesty, and layered on maroon and pink card. The middle element of the Sketch has been made by punching a strip of card with a Fiskars Border punch, on both sides, and then a strip of pink paper across the middle, topped off with a strip of pink ribbon. Well, another lovely day today, hopefully a sign that Spring is here! I have a few posts today, and my first card is for Friday Sketchers Challenge No. 43 - a Sketch. I have coloured the images with my Art-Kure WC Brushes, and have cut the image to size, rounding the corners off with a corner punch. The image has been layered on brown card, and the backing papers are both from a Basic Grey 6x6 paper pad called "Bittersweet". The card has been finished off with a stamped sentiment placed in the centre of a paper flower, and then two more paper flowers with gem brad centres on either side of the sentiment, complete the Sketch.

LILI OF THE VALLEY CHALLENGE NO. 22
And my next card for today is for Lili of the Valley Challenge No. 22 - "Mothers Day". I just love the Lili of the Valley Die-Cuts, and had to take this opportunity to make use of another cutie from the "Fairies" Die-cut Collection. This cutie fairy I think is called "Primrose", I have used foam pads for a little "lift", and have mounted her on some cream, white glitter card, and gold card, all cut with a set of Label nesties. Also for a little added sparkle, I have glittered her wings, and flowers with a Quickie Glue pen, and Crystal glitter. The backing paper is from a Basic Grey 6x6 paper pad called "Porcelain". I then stuck a piece of yellow spotty ribbon down the side of the card, and positioned some paper flowers and a sentiment on top. The sentiment is also Lili of the Valley, and to finish the card off, some gold gems, and a cream organze bow from my craft stash. Hello everyone, hope you are all well on this lovely sunny day, I have a few posts today, so I will start off with a card for Cute Card Thursday Challenge No. 51 - "Happy Birthday CCT!". Yes, it's their Birthday, so the Challenge for this is a Sketch by the fabulous Katharina, with the extra theme of Celebration. So I have chosen a stamp from the Penny Black T-for Transparent Collection called "Bubbly", and have coloured the image with my WC Brushes. The bubble has had a little drop of Glossy Accents added to give it a bit off texture. The image has been cut with a Tag nesty, and so too has the black background tag. All the backing papers are from a Basic Grey 6x6 paper pad called "Bittersweet". The card has been finished off with two punched corners, a stamped sentiment, some little strips of ribbon on the top of the tag, and a paper flower held together with a pearl brad, all from my craft stash.

WHIFF OF JOY CHALLENGE NO. 21
And my next card for today is for Whiff of Joy Challenge No. 21 - a Sketch from Heather. I enjoy Sketches because it is not too taxing on my brain as half the work is done for you, but admittedly this one had me stumped. I really did struggle with getting the proportions right, but in the end I did the best I could before I gave up altogether. I have used Whiff of Joy stamp Maid Charlotte, and have coloured her with my Art-Kure WC Brushes. The image was cut and layered on green and yellow card. The backing papers are all from a Basic Grey 6x6 paper pad called "Urban Prairie". And to finish the Sketch, a stamped sentiment, a few gems, some paper flowers with pearl brads, a button. STAMP WITH STAMPAVIE CHALLENGE NO. 34
Hello everyone, hope you are all well, the sun is out, and it looks like it is going to be a lovely day! I shall start off with a card for Stamp with Stampavie Challenge No. 34 - a Sketch from guest designer Bastelbiene, and what a great Sketch it was. Thanks Bastelbiene, I really enjoyed it! I used a Sarah Kay stamp called Roses Garden, and coloured her with my Art-Kure WC Brushes, and then cut her to size with and Oval nesty. The remaining two layers were also cut with nesties. The backing paper is from a Basic Grey 6x6 paper pad called "Urban Prairie", and for another element of the layout, I ran a piece of pink card through a Cuttlebug "Swiss Dots" Embossing Folder. I clean forgot to fold over the top right corner, so compensated by punching a corner, and placing a gem on top. The card has been finished off with some strips of pink and cream organza ribbon, some paper flowers with gem brads, and a final touch - a little pink spotty ribbon.
