PENNY BLACK SATURDAY CHALLENGE - WEEK 43

And, my last card for today is for Penny Black Saturday Challenge - Week 43 "Easter". I have used one of the stamps from the Penny Black T-for Transparent Collection called "Garden Friends", and these chicks have been coloured with my Art-Kure WC brushes. Once again another new set of nesties, and these are Deckled Rectangles, which have been used to cut the image, and the blue and yellow layers of card. The backing paper is from a Basic Grey pad called "Cupcake", and to finish the card, a sentiment made on my PC, a strip of ribbon, a few pale blue gems, and some paper flowers with gem brads. PENNY BLACK SATURDAY CHALLENGE - WEEK 42

Phew...., and my last card for today is for Penny Black Saturday Challenge - Week 42 - "Think Spring", and I have chosen one of my favourite stamps from the Penny Black T-for Transparent Collection called Garden Friends. For me the first things I think of for Spring is Flowers, and Rabbits (because of Easter), so this image is perfect because it has both! I have coloured the image with my Sukura Gel Pens, and then have cut the image with an oval nesty, and layered the image on pink and brown card. The backing paper is from a Basic Grey 6x6 paper pad called "Blush". The bottom half of my card is pink Bazzil cardstock run though a Cuttlebug "Swiss Dots" Embossing Folder, and to finish the card off a strip of ribbon, some paper flowers with pearl brads, and a couple of pink gems. DARING CARDMAKERS - BUNNIES AND CHICKS

And my next card today, is for Daring Cardmakers Challenge - "Bunnies and Chicks". I have used this cute stamp from Penny Black T-for Transparent Collection called Garden Friends, and he has been coloured with my WC Brushes, and Sukura Gel Pens. The image has been cut with a label nesty, and layered on orange and green card. The backing papers are from a Basic Grey paper pad called Porcelain. I cut 3 circles from the Basic Grey paper, and layered them on pale green card cut with a round scalloped nesty. The card has been finished off with a stamped sentiment, and some paper flowers with gem brads, all from my craft stash. Thanks for dropping in, and have a lovely day.

CUTE CARD THURSDAY CHALLENGE NO. 48

And my next card to today is for Cute Card Thursday Challenge No. 48 - Signs of Spring. So for this Challenge I have chosen an image from one of the new Penny Black T-for Transparent Collections called "Garden Friends", which has been coloured with my WC Brushes, and a couple of Sukura Gels pens. Instead of me cutting the image out, I have found a piece of scrap cardstock left lying on my table, which had been used on another project, and have used this scrap as a frame for my image (waste not, want not - I say). The cream card has been run through a Sizzix "Paisley" Embossing Folder, and the corners rounded off, and four pearl brads placed in each corner. The backing paper is from a Basic Grey 6x6 paper pad called "Sugared". And to finish the card off, a piece of cream organza ribbon, tied into a big bow. FLOWERS

Hello everyone, hope you have all had a lovely weekend. I only have one post today, which is for Arty Girlz Challenge Np. 72 - "Flowers". I have started off by using one of Penny Blacks new stamps from their T-for Transparent range called "Garden Friends". The image has been coloured with Art-Kure WC Brushes. Because the theme this week was flowers, I have really gone to town with flowers. I found some tiny little flowers in my stash, and stuck them around the swing where the flowers were on the image. The backing paper is again from my unknown stash. I also embossed a piece of cream card with a "Flower" Embossing Folder. I also stamped a sentiment which comes from Pollycrafts Sharing Sherbet range called "Love Notes". The sentiment has been placed on top of a paper flower. And finally, to finish the card off, some paper flowers held together with gem brads. Thanks for stopping by, and hope you have a great day!
