KABOODLE DOODLE BOOT

This card has been made for Kaboodle Doodles Challenge No. 13 - "Shaped Cards and Items". This Challenge was to make a shaped card, without using squares and rectangles. I have used a textured brown cardstock for the boot, and used a small piece of Leopard Print paper for the top of the boot, which has been printed from a Pink Petticoat download. I punched holes for the boots lace holes, and used cream eyelets. The card has been finished off with some organza ribbon threaded like laces, and an organza ribbon for decoration. My base card is a white linen textured card, and I started off by embossing some snowflakes using a Denami Design stamp, all over the card in a random fashion. I then masked off a section of the spine of the card, and rubbed a Blue Brilliance Inkpad down the spine to create a border. I then punched out some small snowflakes, and "dotted" them all around the card in the areas where I had embossed snowflakes. I topped each snowflake with a silver or blue gem.
