THE SUGAR BOWL CHALLENGE NO. 20

Hello everyone, half way through the week, and starting the downhill run to the weekend! Two posts today, and my first card is for The Sugar Bowl Challenge No. 20 - a wonderful Sketch from Gayle, with the inclusion of "Paper Piecing". I have used one of my fav stamps from Sugar Nellie's Gorjuss Girl Collection, and she is called "Bumble Bee". The dress has been stamped onto some paper from a Crafty Individuals 6x6 paper pad called Springtime, cut out and layered onto the image with foam pads. The little hearts on the dress have been covered with tiny pink gems. The image has been cut to size, and layered on pink, lilac and yellow card. The backing paper is from the same Crafty Individuals paper pad. The card has been finished off with a stamped sentiment, pink jute ribbon, with lilac ribbon threaded through the centre, paper flowers with pearl brads, and some Dew Drops - all from my craft stash.

Thanks for your lovely comment Lou, I like your card too, I don't have the Gorjuss Girls. Love what you did with the mesh and ribbon.
