PIPING HOT BAUBLES
Hello again crafters, I have managed to squeeze in another Challenge today, and this Challenge comes courtesy of Daring Cardmakers - "Piping Hot". This Challenge was to use "Pipe Cleaners"! Well here is my take on using Pipe Cleaners. I have used them as the Hangers of my Christmas Baubles. I stamped the Baubles, onto plain white card, and coloured them in using Art-Kure Watercolour Brushes, and Sukura Gelly-Roll pens. I then cut out each "Bauble" and layered them at different heights. I have fixed the "Pipe Cleaners" behind the Baubles, and up the Pipe Cleaners themselves, using Silicone Glue. To give the Pipe Cleaners the "twisted" look, I simply wrapped them around a Kebab Stick, and the pulled them loosely to give them the "twisted" look. The Baubles have been layered up on these lovely Christmas Backing papers, which has been printed off Pink Petticoat's Paper Collection CD - "Doodle-icious Christmas", and finally an Organza Ribbon on the top of the Pipe Cleaners to give it a neater finish!
Hope you enjoyed your visit, thanks for poping by, and come back soon! Happy Crafting x
