This card has been completed for Penny Blacks Saturday Challenge - Challenge 17 - Sketch No. 3. I used one of Penny Blacks T-for Transparent's "Bubbly" image - the cat in the bath, which has been coloured in with my Art-Kure WC Brushes. The image has been cut out with a Round Nesty, and layered on pale blue cardstock, which has had it's corners cut off using a Fiskars Corner Punch. I also ran the same pale blue cardstock through my Cuttlebug "Swiss Dots" Embossing Folder, which was then cut to size. For a little added effect, I have rubbed over the "Swiss Dots" lightly with a Blue Chalk Eye Inkpad. The sentiment has been stamped from a Cuddly Buddly set. The card was then finished off with Blue ribbon, and an assortment of "Blue" paper flowers, which have been fastened together in the centre with Pale Blue Brads.
